What is an Item Upgrader in Pokemon Go?

The item upgrader adds a new widget at the top of the Angel and Cash Upgrade windows. This Manager costs 33 billion Angel Investors and offers no benefits to gameplay other than making it easier to view and purchase upgrades.
It boosts
With an item upgrader you will be able to enjoy numerous bonuses. They could include a variety of stats, as well as many additional bonuses. Costs

You can also add additional components to the upgrade to increase the chance of success. These are shown in a separate window, above the + button. There are some limitations. The maximum amount of material you can upload is shown directly above the + button.
A Blacksmith Blessing, or an upgraded version, can be used to increase the likelihood of a successful upgrade. This item can be useful in the event that your item or weapon is close to or has reached the top level of its tier. This item will allow you upgrade the equipment to the next level without risking its breaking.
If an upgrade fails, the system will be returned to its original condition. This is usually an error, but it can also be a downgrade. It is a good idea to save an upgrade for when you're near the maximum capacity of an item, and use it as an emergency.
There are many items in the Kafra shop that can be used to increase the likelihood of an upgrade succeeding. For example upgrading an equipment using HD Oridecon or HD Elunium multiple times will provide you with an increased chance of success. The chance of success will be enhanced if you boost the chance of getting a Double Mint by Shoe-Minting five times.
Failure Rate
The upgrader of an item allows players to add an extra slot to their equipment. These slots can be used to apply an enhancement or enchantment to an item.
